Deadline dread

Instead of writing, I am currently busy with non-sense things such as daydreaming and browsing the website of Tiffany and Co. The jewelries in T&Co. are so beautiful. I want them for my mother though, not for me.

I know my priority is to make money online but I just can’t help it. I’ve spent so many hours doing nothing since yesterday and I’m honestly very disappointed with myself.  I so want to meet tomorrow’s deadline but I just don’t feel like writing and forcing myself to write is simply not an option. I envy bloggers/writers who just sit down and begin to write regardless whether they are inspired or not.

How about you? How do you motivate yourself to write? As for me, I just have to start no matter how uninspired I am. It’s like, if I really want to earn money then I need to finish it by hook or by crook. Admittedly, I can’t really categorized myself as a writer. Writers are gifted people. They didn’t choose writing, writing chose them. That’s why words just come to them. That’s why they never miss deadlines. That’s why it wouldn’t take long for them to finalize a paper.

On the other hand, I chose writing. From the moment I finished reading Frankenstein by Mary Shelley when I was in fifth grade I knew then that I want to write something as beautiful as that. But I still don’t like deadlines. I want to write at my own pace.

If I’m not motivated, I don’t force myself to write. lol. Well, mainly because me blogging is just really some outlet for me to vent out some of my frustrations. =P And yes, I need that much inspiration to write. I’m no writer by profession so why pressure my self.haha
